Correspondence from Mr Warshauer, Autumn 2006

Mr Secretary,

I am pleased to add Belgium to my list. Although I found Brussels to be a bit dull, I was pleased to do the CC needful onboard the Eurostar train, which I can highly recommend. I had a glass of nice dry champagne while the Belgian countryside sped by.....
